    1. hous prieses will keep going down as long as we hav this hous & bank krisis. & no-1 no wen that will end. So far, banks keep falling over nu problems em never see B4. At best, will take a yeer tu settel down…thats the optimistik side.

    Prices will go down, but mortgage money is available and rates are low. Buy now..
