Water: $38.00 a month
Electric: $286.00 a month
Heat: Oil…approx. $300 a month (Oct, Nov., Dec, Jan. Feb. Mar)
Cable: $108.00 a month
Biggest Bill……..$1,157.00 a month for taxes (school, town, county)
EDIT: Suffolk is about the same. Taxes will be about 10% less.
